Renee Webster - Director

Renee is an award-winning writer/director with an interest in gritty, character driven stories. Her acclaimed short film "Scoff" has attracted over ten international film festival appearances, Cannes preselection, international distribution and a sale to Qantas, which saw the film screen on the airline's international flights. Her documentary "Growing Wild", won the Best Documentary in the open section of the West Australian Screen Awards and was broadcast on SBS in the primetime, Sunday 7.30pm slot.

Renee has also directed the Nine Network's children's series "Street Smartz", the SBS adult drama series "Marx and Venus", the award-wining short drama "Edgar and Elizabeth" (produced by Factor 30 Films) and the documentary "Truly, Madly, Puppetry".
